February 4, 2006 The teens had a scavenger hunt at the church. There were clues hidden around the church property and the teens in 3 different groups had to race to find the clues. (Look below the pictures to see the poems that led to the clues.) After that, we played football. The Hatchers provided the food, We had a lot of fun.
Poems that led to the clues:
Beautiful music comes from this place, To be a participant, one can be of any race. You do need to smile and show that you care, To worship the Lord in your heart and on your face.
We puts lots of stuff in this one little space, Books and chairs and clothes with lace. If you don't know where this is, just talk to the girls. They are the ones that organized this small world.
Once a person has been saved, And he wants to Christ behave, He will enter into this place, And will get wet from his toes to his face.
This place can be noisy, we think you'll agree, The things in this space add up to more than three. Your next clue can be found on a hole-filled fence, Watch your fingers, you might not get a second chance.
Do you remember the summer team? They worked so hard to our Savior please, They memorized, practiced and exercised too. The place where they ran holds your next clue.
When going on trips, this place is sure packed, With all sorts of goodies, bags and knick-knacks. So hurry to get to your very next clue, Don't look back now; the next team is right behind you.
Do you remember when you were a child, Playing with toys and being so wild? Your next clue is found where the animals are smiling, Two-by-two into the ark they are filling.
